Neosantara Coding Plan is designed specifically for individual software developers using AI-assisted workflows. Usage is governed by the following fair-use terms.

Acceptable Use Guidelines

  1. Dedicated to Software Development: The plan is restricted to coding workflows routing through /coding/v1 and /coding/anthropic via supported coding clients.
  2. Single-User Credential: Coding keys are personal to your account. Sharing keys among multiple developers or proxying requests across an organization is prohibited.
  3. No Resale or Redistribution: Reselling access or wrapping coding endpoints inside commercial third-party proxies is strictly prohibited.
  4. No Abuse Automation: Automated scripts engineered to bypass prompt quotas or evade rate limits are prohibited.

Policy Enforcement

  • No Overdraft: Accounts are never assessed overage fees. When limits are reached, subsequent requests return informative errors until the next reset window.
  • Dynamic Load Balancing: Multipliers for flagship models may scale to 3× during upstream provider strain to preserve throughput stability across all subscribers.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Prompts and source code are never used to train machine learning models.
  • Operational logs are retained solely for billing verification, error diagnosis, and fraud prevention.
  • Security architecture complies with Indonesian Personal Data Protection standards (UU PDP No. 27/2022).
