Neosantara itself does not store your prompt text or conversation data for model training on our servers. The gateway only records operational metadata (token counts, model IDs, latency, and response status codes) for billing calculations and dashboard analytics.At the provider level, data handling policies depend on the respective upstream model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Certain upstream providers may enforce their own retention or training policies depending on the model and tier. To ensure sensitive information is never transmitted to upstream providers, enable automated data redaction by passing the
