This page provides answers to commonly asked questions about billing, Rupiah deposit balances, API integration, and Neosantara gateway policies.

Payments & Balance Top-Up

The minimum deposit top-up is IDR 50,000 per invoice transaction. Once paid, the funds are credited directly to your account balance for use across all available models on the gateway.
Neosantara integrates with Mayar to support instant Indonesian payment channels:
  • QRIS: Compatible with all banking apps and digital e-wallets including GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja, BCA Mobile, and Livin’ Mandiri.
  • Virtual Account (VA): BCA, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and Permata Bank.
Invoices are generated directly from the Billing Dashboard.
All balances, transactions, and deductions are processed 100% natively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).No international credit cards or foreign exchange conversions are required on your end. Model pricing is displayed in Rupiah, and internal ledger records use NUMERIC(20,6) database types to eliminate floating-point rounding errors.
Funds are credited instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed by your bank or e-wallet provider via Mayar webhooks, your API balance updates automatically and becomes immediately available for inference requests.
Invoices are securely processed through Mayar. Any applicable service fees or payment rail surcharges are itemized transparently on the invoice checkout page before finalizing payment.

Balance Model & PAYG Billing

Neosantara operates on a pure Pay-As-You-Go system. Your balance is automatically deducted based on the actual tokens (input and output) generated on each successful API request. There are no hidden fees, and failed requests never charge your balance.
Deposit balances never expire. Your Pay-As-You-Go credits remain in your account permanently and can be used at any time.
There are no mandatory monthly recurring fees for API gateway access. Neosantara operates on a pure Pay-As-You-Go model where you only pay for the tokens and requests you consume.
If your account balance is insufficient to process an API request, the gateway returns HTTP 402 Payment Required. You can top up your balance at any time via the dashboard to resume API requests immediately.
You are always billed based on the requested model rate. If a primary provider experiences downtime and the gateway routes to a fallback provider, the cost charged to your account never increases.

Token Usage & Endpoints

You can track your active balance, per-model token consumption, and latency logs directly from the Usage Dashboard and Billing Dashboard. The dashboard provides real-time visual analytics.
Only successfully delivered public output is billed. Public reasoning tokens generated by reasoning models are billed at output token rates. Requests that fail due to upstream provider errors or dropped connections are not charged.
Usage tiers upgrade automatically based on your cumulative deposit history. Moving to higher tiers raises Requests Per Minute (RPM) and tokens per minute (ITPM and OTPM) limits automatically without manual requests.

Data Security & Compliance

Neosantara offers automated PII redaction tailored for Indonesian data identifiers. You can redact national identity numbers (NIK), phone numbers, credit card data, and sensitive strings prior to upstream transmission by adding this header:
HTTP
Neosantara itself does not store your prompt text or conversation data for model training on our servers. The gateway only records operational metadata (token counts, model IDs, latency, and response status codes) for billing calculations and dashboard analytics. At the provider level, data handling policies depend on the respective upstream model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Certain upstream providers may enforce their own retention or training policies depending on the model and tier. To ensure sensitive information is never transmitted to upstream providers, enable automated data redaction by passing the X-Guard: on header on your requests.
